Legendary Austin, Texas 90s noise-(punk) rock trio. Contains all the recordings of legendary Austin, Texas 90s noise-(punk)-rock trio Johnboy, including their two full-length albums: Pistol Swing And Claim Dedications, the latter of which was recorded by Steve Albini. All material remixed from the original master tapes (!!!) by Brad Wood ( TAR, HUM, Sunny Day Real Estate, Liz Phair).
This 2xLP set includes an extensive booklet with essays, liner notes and many pictures/ephemera from the era. Originally released in limited quantities on King Coffey from the Butthole Surfers’ label Trance Syndicate. This is the first time these recordings have been available on vinyl for over 30+ years!
