NERDS Clothing is a streetwear company based in NY/NJ and was founded in 2011. Since it's beginning, NERDS has built a loyal customer base, servicing a broad age demographic of consumers. CEO/Creative Director Eric Medina and Co-Executive Producer/Project Manager Jose Aquino have both provided creative and unique marketing campaigns to expand their company's reach and potential customer pipeline within the video game and music industry. With a combined 20+ years of experience with licensed products and music, they have partnered up with platinum record-selling producers Buda Da Future, Grandz Muzik, & Mike Kuz of Steel Sessions to spearhead this project with Capcom. The Steel Sessions team has worked with some of the biggest artists in the music industry, including Jadakiss, 50 Cent, Rick Ross, Nipsey Hussle, Nelly Furtado, and Dave East. About Street Fighter 6. Street Fighter 6, having sold more than two million units since launch, is available now and represents the next evolution of the Street Fighterâ„¢ series with a combo of unique fighting game innovations, brimming with content across three brand new game modes - Fighting Ground, World Tour, and Battle Hub. Players around the world can get their hands on all the hard-hitting Street Fighter 6 action now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X S, and PC via Steam. Hip-hop and Street Fighter have been in a relationship since the early 90's. This project was created to show appreciation for martial arts and the biggest most influential genre in history by combining raw authentic hip-hop production with some of the current stars and legendary veterans in the assorted creative mix. The goal was to highlight the importance and influence of hip-hop within the video game industry. Being that this year we celebrated Hip-hop 50 and with Street Fighter 6 being heavily hip-hop influenced, it made sense marrying the two together and delivering a project for the Street Fighter franchise like they never had before.
