Formed in 1976 and led by the subversive “Mad Daddy,” Lux Interior (vocals), and femme fatale, Poison Ivy (guitar), their blend of rockabilly, punk, horror, and straight-up rock & roll continues to influence people all around the world. The Cramps recently reached a whole new world of young rock revelers as Wednesday Addams danced to “Goo Goo Muck” in her hit show.
