PREORDERS
When will I receive my pre-order?
We do our best to get these shipped to you close to the posted street date. Pre-order street dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production or shipping delays. If an album release is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we receive information regarding a new street
date.
Please note, purchases containing pre-order items will ship
together once the last item becomes available. If your order contains in stock items and you would like them to ship sooner, please purchase your pre-order separately.
Can I cancel my order?
All preorder sales are final. We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it.
If you need to update your shipping information, please reply to your order confirmation with your new address
What happens if my pre-order item is canceled, discontinued or is in short supply?
If you place a pre-order and the supplier cancels, discontinues, or is in short supply of the pre-order item then you will receive a store credit or refund.
What happens if the release date changes for my pre-order?
Often the manufacturer or labels distribution will change the dates due to supply issues or promotional purposes. We have no control over the release dates, but we do our best to continue to keep you up to date as we receive the information on the product page. Many items do not arrive at our store until the release date, so please expect that pre-orders will NOT arrive prior to release date.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
USPS Media Mail
If you're not in a rush, shipping your order by USPS Media Mail will save you a ton on shipping. Media Mail is a special service created by the Post Office aimed to spread art, music, and knowledge with minimal costs. The trade-off is the time you have to wait for delivery. Delivery times vary based on your location.
This service can ONLY be used to ship media type items such as: CDs, Vinyl Records, Cassettes, DVDs, printed music, printed artwork, books, magazines, etc.
A media mail shipment cannot contain items such as apparel, collectibles, goods, gear, key chains, toys, etc. If your cart contains any of these "non-media" items, do not select this shipping service.
NOTICE: USPS Media Mail does not include insurance and cannot be used for items that are not media ie. apparel, collectibles, etc. Loud Pizza Records is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items that occur during shipping. Please review our complete shipping policy.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What is your refund policy?
n most cases, we are unable to accept returns.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. You will be asked to submit photos of the incorrect item you received. We will provide you with a return label and prepare your correct item for shipment. Once the incorrect item has been received in the mail by us, we will ship out the correct item.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our shipping operation, we are unable to fulfill most cancellation requests.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and purchases. You can estimate shipping costs in the cart before checking out.
What are your delivery times?
Standard packing time is typically 3-5 business days. Please review our shipping policy for updated shipping estimates.
RESERVE PRODUCTS
What is different from a preorder and reserve?
Preorders are brand new releases. Reserve releases are being fulfilled from our reserve stockroom inventory.
When will my reserve copy be fulfilled?
Orders are being fulfilled from our reserve stockroom. We estimate order fulfillment between 3 to 5 Business Days. Items that are sold from the reserve stockroom are not available for immediate pick-up.
Will my reserve order be ready for delivery immediately?
Unfortunately, no. Reserve copies are being fulfilled from our reserve stockroom that is not located at the same location as our store. We estimate fulfillment to be 3 to 5 business days for those items to be ready for fulfillment.

Do you have a store I can come to shop?
Yes. We have a store, LOUD PIZZA CARRY-OUT X SALT SHED located inside the Salt Shed Fairgrounds!

Is your store pet friendly?
We love animals but unfortunately, we do not allow any pets of any kind inside the store. Space is limited and we do not want to be responsible for any accidents or have customers tripping over leashes.
Do you accept cash?
No, we do not. All sales are processed through a credit card.
Do you buy USED Records
We are currently not purchasing any used/vintage records at this time.
Do you have this ______ LP in stock?
Our full inventory is available on our website at www.loudpizza.com.
Can I call to place an order?
To put it nicely, no. We require all customers online to make an account at www.loudpizza.com so it protect your order as well us.
You can choose to ship or place an in-store pickup when you are placing your online order.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
Yes, we offer free in-store pickups. Select in-store pickup at checkout. We will send you a confirmation email and an updated email when your order is ready for pickup. When you come in to pick-up your record, please have a valid ID and your order number ready.
EVENTS
Can I get a refund on an event RSVP if I am unable to attend?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL EVENT TICKETS/RSVPs.
Do you host events and listening parties?
Yes. We offer RSVPs for most of our events and listening parties. Purchase an RSVP to reserve your spot at the event.
Do you have a code of conduct?
Yes. Loud Pizza has a zero-tolerance policy. Review our Code of Conduct Policy.
Do I need tp purchase an RSVP for everyone attending?
Yes. You must purchase a RSVP for anyone that is attending event. This helps us manage our expectations of guests attending and plan accordingly for staff, setup etc.
This applies to all ages.
What else should I know before attending an event at Loud Pizza?
- TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT OF ALL ATTENDEES, BACKPACKS, LARGE BAGS, AND OTHER OVERSIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROHIBIT ANY OTHER ITEMS AT OUR DISCRETION.
- OUTSIDE MERCH OF ANY SORT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED DURING THIS EVENT.
- MUST BE PRESENT TO REDEEM TICKET
- TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- PLEASE HAVE RSVP ORDER # READY FOR ADMISSION.
- If EVENT INCLUDES SIGNING EVENT, ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP DURING EVENT WILL NOT BE SIGNED.
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE REDEEMED AT EVENT.
PRODUCT CARE
How do I care for my product?
We package our records in additional polybags to ensure the best quality of the record. We recommend that once you open the record from the original packaging that you keep it in the poly bags to keep from getting damaged.
RECORD STORE DAY
How long does it take to ship my RSD order?
We work as quickly as we can to pack your order once we receive the items. RSD releases typically take longer to receive and therefore, most orders can take 2-3 weeks.

No one responded to my "where is my order email" for a RSD item.
We get a large amount of orders for RSD titles. We do not respond to "where is my order" because we are working as quickly as we can to get orders out. If we spend time responding to all the inquiries about RSD orders, we would never get the orders out in a timely manner. Therefore, you will know when we know. You will be notified with tracking information when your order is ready for delivery/pickup.
PROTECT INSURANCE
Protect is a 3rd Party Insurance that is offered at checkout to help protect you when your package has been lost, stolen or damaged. LOUD PIZZA RECORDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS. We highly recommend upgrading to your order with coverage. Protect handles all claims. Loud Pizza has not control over ther claims process.
My product arrived damaged, what do i do!?
That's such a bummer! We understand it issues can happen after the item leaves our warehouse.
We use a 3rd party eCommerce protection service. However, you can only file a claim if you purchased it during the initial checkout.

My LP jacket arrived with split seams, what can I do?
This is such a bummer! We hate split seams and we check/inspect EVERY LPs when it arrives at LoudPizza.com before we ship them out.
If you removed the LP from its shrink wrap the Protect will NOT cover this. If the record is still in its original wrapping and you paid for protection, you can file a claim with our Protect. Click to File a Protect Claim.
