To ensure a smooth experience for the artists and our guests, the following policies apply to all in-store events. Please review them before completing your purchase.
Admission & Entry
- One RSVP Per Person: Entry requires one (1) album purchase per attendee. This applies to all guests, regardless of age.
- ID Required: The name on the order must match the attendee's ID at the door.
- Check-In: Please have your RSVP Order Number and a matching ID ready for admission. You must be present at the event to redeem your ticket and record.
- Final Sale: All event tickets/RSVPs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check your schedule before confirming.
Prohibited Items & Security
- Bag Policy: To ensure everyone's safety and comfort in our space, backpacks and large or oversized bags are not permitted.
- Outside Merch: Only items purchased for or at the event are eligible for entry. No outside merchandise of any kind is allowed inside the event.
- Store Discretion: We reserve the right to prohibit any other items at our discretion to maintain a safe environment.
Signings & Redemptions
- Live Event Only: All records and included items must be redeemed during the event hours.
- Signing Policy: If the event includes a signing, the artist will only sign items during the designated session. We cannot facilitate "late" signings for items not picked up while the artist is on-site.
