The album consists almost entirely of covers of punk rock and hardcore punk bands like the Stooges, Minor Threat, T.S.O.L., D.R.I., D.I., Dr. Know, and Verbal Abuse.

"Can't Stand You" and "Ddamm" were written by Jeff Hanneman in 1984 and 1985 for a side project called Pap Smear. "Gemini", is a new original track.

Undisputed Attitude peaked at number 34 on the US Billboard 200.

On back cover and labels where the the American Recordings logo would normally be it instead says "chilean" with upside down Chilean flag. This version also contains Japanese only bonus track 'Memories Of Tomorrow'
