SHIPPING POLICY

 

LOUD PIZZA RECORDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Loud pizza records does not have control of packages once it leaves our facility. All items are inspected prior to being shipped to ensure items quality. If you receive a damaged order and paid for insurance through protect, you can file a claim here

If you did not pay for our 3rd party insurance, you may file a claim directly with the shipping provider. USPS Media Mail does NOT include Insurance. Please upgrade shipping options to include Insurance to protect your items during transit. Loud Pizza is not responsible for lost, stole or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If you deny the insurance coverage at checkout, we do not issue refunds or reissues for damaged, lost or stolen items. 

All in-stock orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and RSD releases) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. If your order contains a pre-order or other item not in stock, it will be held until the last item becomes available. To avoid delays in shipping, please purchase pre-order items separately from in stock items. All records ship from Illinois.

If you have placed an in-store pickup. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Pickups may take up to 3-5 business days to gather and make ready for you. Some of our selections are stored in a warehouse location listed as "reserve" items. We are continuously improving this option of our services. Please be sure to read and follow the instructions provided in your order emails or product descriptions for full transparency of order expectations. 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders will ship or be available for pickup NEAR the street date. Many items do not arrive at our store until the release date, so please expect that pre-orders will NOT arrive prior to release date. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to receive order tracking numbers from expected release dates. 

For any orders that contain pre-orders, all items will be held until every item from the order is available to ship. If you want items in-stock shipped immediately, please place a separate order for those items.

RSD Orders

We work as quickly as we can to package RSD releases. However, please expect up to 2-3 weeks to receive your RSD title orders.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES :

  • Flat Rate / Free Shipping: 4-14 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
  • International: Varies by location and selected service

During peak season, media mail orders may take longer to deliver as they are lower priority within the USPS system. If your order is time sensitive, please select priority shipping at checkout or contact us for other shipping options. 

It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking information to update once a package has been dropped off with USPS. The majority of shipments arrive within their estimated delivery time, however, delays are possible and cannot be controlled. Orders will not be refunded due to shipping delays. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of a package once it has been delivered to the carrier. If you have not received your shipment within 21 days, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you with filing a claim.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Shipping for merchandise items is calculated by our printing partner and will vary by product and delivery location. All domestic orders are shipped with tracking via USPS and UPS in a reinforced LP mailer to ensure your records arrive in great condition. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Rates vary and are calculated directly by the shipping provider.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International rates vary and are calculated directly by the shipping provider. While we ship to some international locations, some delivery locations may be unavailable due to local restrictions, conflicts, etc.

IMPORT DUTIES, FEES, AND CUSTOMS:

**All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.**

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs fees upon arrival in your country. Please contact your local customs office with questions regarding the cost of import taxes/fees. 

If your order is returned due to unpaid import duties/customs fees/taxes, delivery refusal, or failed delivery, a refund will not be issued. This policy is in place to cover the return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or customs fees for which we are billed.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged and you have paid for insurance through Protect. You can file a claim here

USPS MEDIA MAIL RESTRICTIONS

If you're not in a rush, shipping your order by USPS Media Mail will save you a ton on shipping. Media Mail is a special service created by the Post Office aimed to spread art, music, and knowledge with minimal costs. The trade-off is the time you have to wait for delivery. Delivery times vary based on your location.

This service can ONLY be used to ship media type items such as: CDs, Vinyl Records, Cassettes, DVDs, printed music, printed artwork, books, magazines, etc.

A media mail shipment cannot contain items such as apparel, collectibles, goods, gear, key chains, toys, etc. If your cart contains any of these "non-media" items, do not select this shipping service.

NOTICE: USPS Media Mail does not include insurance. We encourage you to purchase separate insurance with Protect at checkout that will cover any damage, loss or theft.  Media Mail cannot be used for items that are not media ie. apparel, collectibles, etc. 

IN-STORE PICKUP ORDER ABANDONMENT POLICY

Loud Pizza will hold in-store pickup orders for a period of 90 days from the date the order is marked "Ready for Pickup." Customers are responsible for picking up their orders within the designated holding period. Unclaimed in-store pickup orders by customers after a period of 90 days from the date the order was marked "Ready for Pickup" will be considered abandoned. Loud Pizza reserves the right to restock abandoned items for resale. Abandoned orders are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
