The soundtrack consists of songs from Todd Rundgren, Heart, Al Green, Air, The Hollies and lends to the mysterious, magical aura the film evokes. It reached #34 on the UK Albums Chart and earned a nomination for Best Soundtrack at the 2001 BRIT Awards. The track "Playground Love" gained significant recognition, being a standout single and contributing to the album's legacy in both the film and music worlds.
