Never released on vinyl until now, Ben Kweller's sophomore album, On My Way, gets the deluxe treatment as it simultaneously answers a two-decades-long call from fans yearning for this title in wax format.
On My Way is a seminal album from the early 2000's garage revival. Upon its initial release in 2004, Kweller was touring the world with fellow NYC luminaries, The Strokes, and the album flew up the college charts. On My Way continued building on the indie-darling foundation that Kweller’s debut album, Sha Sha began and owners of 2023's Sha Sha Deluxe will surely want to add this to the collection.
A new generation of indie artists such as Briston Maroney, MJ Lenderman, and Kevin Morby all cite On My Way as a building block for their own artistry.
On My Way Deluxe is a 2LP release featuring the OG album remastered by audio legend Howie Weinberg plus 12 previously unreleased rarities including demos and B-sides, all from the On My Way era. Fans from way back will remember some of the rarities from live shows (the Elvis cover!) and Napster/Limewire (Tylenol!).
