HOW DOES RECORD STORE DAY WORK?

Record Store Day Black Friday (RSDBF) is November 27th and features exclusive, limited-edition vinyl releases at select indie store! Here is everything you need to know about how the day will run at our shop:

Store Hours & Access

  • Doors Open at Regular Hours: We are operating under standard store hours for RSDBF.

  • First-Come, First-Served: All RSDBF exclusive titles will be out on the sales floor ready for browsing as soon as our doors open at the start of the day.

Shopping Guidelines

  • Strict Title Limits: To ensure as many music fans as possible get a chance at the titles they want, purchases are strictly limited to one copy per title per customer.

  • Curated Selection: We hand-pick a curated inventory of RSDBF titles for our shop. Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. We will send out a survey to get interest on releases to help us with ordering titles.

  • No Holds or Pre-Orders: In keeping with official Record Store Day rules, we cannot hold, reserve, or pre-sell any RSDBF titles prior to opening.

ONLINE ORDERING AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 27th AT 7AM CT

The remaining RSD titles will be made available online at loudpizza.com on November 27th at 8AM ET. You can follow the releases through the out of stock notification. When inventory is posted, you will get an email that it is available (while supplies last). 

  • All remaining RSD stock will be available for purchase online starting at 8AM ET the following day.
  • Items in your cart are NOT reserved for you. 
  • We do not ship RSD releases internationally. 
  • Limit one copy per title per customer. Any orders containing duplicates of individual titles or containing multiple copies of a title going to the same address are subject to immediate cancellation and potential ban from the store from future orders.
  • Orders are subject to cancellation due to availability
  • We get a LOT of orders in a very short amount of time, so please know that our staff works overtime to get our orders shipped in a timely manner. However, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to get most orders processed. We do not answer "where is my order" emails for RSD Titles as we are working hard packing orders and responding to emails takes away from processing orders. 

ADDITIONAL RSD INFO

We do not accept any store coupons/discounts on RSD releases.

You cannot pre-order or have RSD items placed on hold, as this violates the pledge we have signed with RSD, so PLEASE don't ask.

We will post titles we received on social media. While we place orders for many titles, we do not know what or how many we are getting until we receive the items. Most often we are receiving titles up to the day before RSD. We will not respond to inquiries that ask us if we will have specific items available. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL RSD RELEASES (INCLUDES RSD & RSDBF). Our refund policy applies to in-store and online purchases.

SPLIT SEAMS

While we strive to ensure your vinyl arrives in excellent condition, split seams can sometimes happen during the shipping process, particularly with releases handled by multiple distribution centers, such as Record Store Day exclusives. Loud Pizza does not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for records with split seams.

Limit one copy per title per customer.

RSD releases do not have additional poly sleeves due to the large amount of releases. Additional single poly sleeves are available for purchase.

Policies are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to jerks and flippers. We have a zero tolerance code of conduct policy.
