REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are experiencing an issue with your order, please review our refund policy and contact us.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS.
- Pre-orders (Items are listed as pre-orders. Estimated release dates are provided on product detail)
- Reserved (Items are listed as Reserve with estimated shipping dates of 3-5 business days)
- Special Order Requests (These are special requests submitted by you)
- Pre-owned items (used or new-to-you)
- Record Store Day (items listed as RSD & BFRSD releases)
- Rhino Limited Edition Releases (SYEOR Releases)
- Signed Items (SIGNED)
- Unofficial/Fan Club Releases
- Sale/discounted Items
- Gift Cards
- Items removed from its original packaging
- Lost, damaged or stolen items due to shipping. Loud Pizza Records is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- Shipping costs or fees
If you place a pre-order, reserve or special request item and the supplier/distro or label cancels, discontinues, or is in short supply of the item then Loud Pizza will issue a refund or store credit.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be in their original condition/packaging, unopened with hype stickers (if applicable), unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must not be a “All Sales Final” item listed above.
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact our customer support team to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original shipping package, if possible.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package.

- Customers must provide/pay shipping fees/costs to return items to the return address provided. Loud Pizza does not assume any responsibility for return shipping fees nor offer refunds on any shipping costs or fees or assume responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method with a 5% restocking fee on the order total including shipping and any other taxes or fees associated with the order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Loud Pizza error.
- If more than 5 business days have passed and you have not received any updated information about your return, please contact us.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Exchanges are not available on “All Sales Final” items listed above
- Contact customer support to initiate an exchange.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All items are inspected prior to being shipped to ensure item quality. If you receive a damaged order and paid for insurance through our third party insurance provider, you can file a claim here.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your damage/defective items to be eligible for replacement.
- Loud pizza records does not have control of packages once it leaves our facility, therefore is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items due to shipping errors.
- For manufacturing defects, Loud Pizza will do our best to work with the distros/labels etc. to help resolve any damage/defective items. Loud Pizza may request and supply customers with a return shipping label to return damaged defective items. If a replacement is available, Loud Pizza will replace and ship new items at no additional cost to customers in the event that the damage is a manufacturing defect.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
IN-STORE PICKUP ORDER ABANDONMENT POLICY
Loud Pizza will hold in-store pickup orders for a period of 90 days from the date the order is marked "Ready for Pickup." Customers are responsible for picking up their orders within the designated holding period. Unclaimed in-store pickup orders by customers after a period of 90 days from the date the order was marked "Ready for Pickup" will be considered abandoned. Loud Pizza reserves the right to restock abandoned items for resale. Abandoned orders are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
