ZZ Ward goes back to her Blues roots with brand new Blues-inspired recordings of one of her chart-topping hits, as well a deep cut from the Sun Records catalog to celebrate her new partnership with the label.
Always taking inspiration from Blues icons like Big Mama Thornton, ZZ Ward is a natural fit on Sun Records, a label built by the Blues. ZZ is known for her soulful singing and songwriting on “Put The Gun Down,” and is introducing her own take on The Jesters’ “Cadillac Man.”
